Great compact case to protect nano from bumps.4
Bought this to protect my nano from bumps and works great at that. Works great if you are ok with it just in your pocket at the gym. Only issue I have had with it is that the rubber blocks good contact with some non-apple headphones and you really have to push the headset into the jack hard.

Armor skin case4
It's great, fits perfectly, small and easy to handle, protects from medium drops and abrasions, very good case for ipod nano.

With a name like Speck, it has to be good5
I'm a bit compulsive about cases for my electronics. So when I got a 3g nano, it was a no-brainer I'd get some sort of case for it.

After some digging, I saw that Speck made a case for it. I've had a Speck case for my Treo and love it -- it truly is like armor. And while I don't abuse it much, unintentional bumps and bangs happen. The Speck case protects like no other, but beware: you have to like the heavy duty "armored" look; it's not a thin, flimsy, silicone skin.

The only downside I have noted with the nano case by Speck is that in order to attach the connection to sync/charge, you have to pull down the bottom half of the casing. While it's a pliable rubber and doesn't seem to suffer any ill effects now, I wonder what a long while of stretching might do. It would be nice to see Speck mold a spot for the connector, although one could argue that since it's covered, that socket is protected.

Great product, okay price (can be had for less with searching).
